We accept returns of unopened products with in 15 days of receipt. We will always accept a return of any product shown to be defective. Upon receipt of the returned product, you will receive a full refund, less shipping charges, if any.

We ship FEDEX Ground in the 48 states only. Contact us for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or other US territories. We do not ship outside the United States.
How long will it take to get your item? It depends. The map below shows shipping times using Fedex Ground from our location – but we also ship from the west coast and Florida. It depends on the product ordered, and where you are. We try to pick the location that provides the quickest delivery for you.
When your order ships, you will always get an email with a tracking number, and you can simply click see where your item is, and when it will reach you.
