P90X: Tony Horton’s 90-Day Extreme Home Fitness Workout DVD Program
I’ll be relating what I have learned through years of struggling with my weight, and and give you updates as I burn off my own belly fat. We’ll see some reviews of popular products , and more than a few scams, I am sure. When I find something that works, I’ll be sure to pass that along, and tell you where to get it and how to use it. I am going to find the exercises to lose belly fat and share them with you here.

- Techniques and tricks that simply are not accessible to most of us. If you are like me, I am guessing that you cannot afford a personal trainer, or a month at a fat-loss spa.
